Leslie Patterson, US Talent Leader for Diversity & Inclusiveness (D&I) at EY

Leslie is EY’s US Talent Leader for Diversity & Inclusiveness (D&I) working with talent teams and business leaders to consistently execute the EY D&I strategy.
Leslie has 26 years of experience with EY and has served in various leadership positions. Most recently, Leslie was the Southeast Region Talent Leader, where she oversaw the development and strategic people processes for more than 3,000 professionals across 17 offices and the EY Caribbean practice. She is a member of the Americas Talent Executive Committee for EY and has supported multiple Global and Americas task forces.
Previously, Leslie helped to develop and implement programs and initiatives to promote a culture of inclusion across EY. Great emphasis was placed on awareness building, pipeline development and networking—which fully supports the firm’s culture and its commitment to creating lifelong relationships with its people by providing them with opportunities and tools they need to succeed within EY and beyond.
Leslie has also served as a national recruiter for EY, focusing primarily on the firm’s minority campus and experienced hire recruitment efforts and building relationships with external professional organizations. She began her EY career in the Assurance practice, and is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the state of Georgia.
Lending her expertise to support business and societal needs, Leslie is active in many civic, educational, and professional initiatives as well as several community organizations including Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. (Life Member), The Girlfriends Inc. and Jack & Jill of America.
Leslie, her husband-Keven and their three sons (Austin, Blake and Caleb) live in Atlanta, GA.
